Amanda E. Palbus

Amanda E. Palbus joined Burns White in 2008, and is an associate focusing on Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements in the settlement of workers compensation claims. She currently practices in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Ms. Palbus earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and History from Chatham College. She graduated cum laude in May of 2004. While at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor, Ms. Palbus was an Associate Editor for the University’s Pittsburgh Tax Review as well as a Certified Legal Intern for the Taxpayer Clinic.

Prior to joining Burns White, she was a law clerk and research attorney in Pittsburgh. There, she researched wills and estates issues.

Ms. Palbus is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association.
