Jason Cervone

Jason Cervone joined the law firm of Burns White as an Associate in January 2004, and focuses his practice in the areas of railroad defense litigation, business practice and general liability litigation.

Previously, Mr. Cervone was an Associate with an international law firm practicing in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Cervone specialized in corporate finance and general corporate law with an emphasis on asset management, lender and financial institution representation.

Mr. Cervone obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1996. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2000 where he became a member of the Order of the Coif.

Admitted to both the Texas and Pennsylvania Bars, Mr. Cervone is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
