David A. Damico

David A. Damico is one of the five Members who originally founded Burns White in 1987. He has practiced in both federal and state courts for more than 25 years, primarily in the areas of occupational and toxic tort litigation, and negligence and products liability litigation.

A Pittsburgh native, Mr. Damico has served as National Trial Counsel for a number of large corporations in their occupational and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Damico is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Sixth Circuit, as well as numerous other federal courts. Mr. Damico was also admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1991, where he is actively engaged in litigation in various Ohio Courts.

For many years, Mr. Damico has been an active member in a number of professional organizations, including the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel where he served as Vice President of the Northeast Region.

Mr. Damico is a present and former member of the Board of various community and social organizations and takes an active interest in numerous philanthropic activities.
