Patrick C. Booth

Patrick C. Booth is an Associate at Burns White. He focuses his practice on FELA, diesel exhaust and asbestos-related litigation, mining litigation, product liability defense and various areas of business law.

Prior to being named an Associate, Mr. Booth worked for Burns White as a law clerk. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Booth is a graduate of the University of Maryland Scholars Program on a Presidential Academic Scholarship with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in government. As an undergraduate, he served for four years as a community advocate for the university’s judiciary board and participated in the student government association. He also worked for a law firm specializing in international trade and customs law.

Mr. Booth received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Pittsburgh where he was a staff editor and business manager of the Law Review. He is the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Torts. He was invited to represent the university in the Gourley Cup Competition and also was a winner in the Murray Love Trial Moot Court Competition.
