A sample of our recent representative matters includes:
- Successfully negotiated a plea to drop felony assault charges resulting in our client's ability to maintain employment with his firm. Our client, accused of assaulting a police officer, pled to a summary offense carrying a $200 fine.
- Successfully secured a sentence of three months house arrest for a business owner facing a six-month jail term for his second DUI offense. As a result, our client could continue operating his business.
- Successfully negotiated a plea in which the captain of a university sports team, facing a conviction on assault charges and loss of his academic and sports scholarships, received academic probation and was required to pay a small fine. As a result, our client kept his scholarships and was able to continue with his education.
